With extensive experience gained at esteemed venues such as The Imperial New Delhi and the Oberoi hotel group, Singh expertly marries traditional Indian cooking with contemporary techniques, crafting uniquely vibrant and textured dishes. His culinary voyage has also taken him across England and Scotland, further enriching his insight into modern Indian flavours. Since his arrival in Sydney in 2007 as a head chef, Singh now offers his regal touch of Indian authenticity at Cook's Castle.
